MEC gains 47 places in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2012
MEC is the only media agency to be awarded 3 stars in the prestigious Best Companies league tables
MEC, a leading media agency, www.mecglobal.co.uk, has today won 21st place in the highly prestigious The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work
For 2012.
Building on its successful entry into the league table in 68th position last year MEC has gained 47 places to take the mantle as the highest ranking media agency in the UK for the second year in a row. In addition to this MEC has become the only media agency to be awarded the 3 Star Status Accreditation, the highest accolade awarded by Best Companies.
The 2012 process saw 1,082companies applying to achieve a ‘star status’ with just 113 of these companies achieving 3 Star Status, split between small, medium and large organisations.
Based on staff feedback, organisations receive a Best Companies index score which then determines the star rating compared to a fixed standard.
