Britain’s favourite and least favourite shops revealed in Which? poll
-
Halfords, WH Smith, Blacks and Tesco have been voted as the UK’s least favourite shops in a poll of over 11000 shoppers by Which? magazine. Meanwhile Lush, the cosmetics shop, John Lewis, and Apple topped the list of the 100 best retailers in the UK.
According to the consumer magazine, Lush was voted top because of its “friendly and knowledgeable staff” and “high quality products”.
However shoppers were unimpressed with Halfords’ staff and were put off by WH Smith’s “cluttered” shops.
Which? surveyed 11,274 people in February and March about the shops they had used in the previous six months.
Customers rated the shops on price, product range, product quality, service and store environment.
