Daily deal providers Travelzoo, DiscountVouchers and Time Out are some of the first industry players to join the Global Daily Deal Association (GDDA).
Also amongst the first to sign up to the trade organisation are Mumsandme in the UK, as well as Ohmydeal.fr, deindeal.ch, dailydeal.de, Sweetdeal, Groupesales.de, Redeem and Get, Dealgecco.com and Bownty across Europe.
Set up following huge demand at the DD Summit Europe in March, the new trade body has been established to bring together daily deal providers from across the world to collaborate on industry initiatives and standardise approaches to this new and rapidly expanding sales channel.
