Holmes & Marchant makes double Account Director hiring

Holmes & Marchant has announced two new appointments as the design agency continues to set itself for future growth.

Jodie Cavaye joins the agency as account director from Copas Traditional Turkeys where she worked as sales and marketing manager for seven years. The move will see her shift from client side back to the agency side where Cavaye has worked previously. She will work on the agency’s Spendrups, Ferrero and BP accounts and smaller entrepreneurial clients.

Also joining the agency is Michelle Bradbury. Bradbury, who has been working on a freelance basis with Holmes & Marchant for the past nine months, will join the team on a permanent basis working across its Freixenet, Unilever and Eckes Granini accounts.

Prior to this Bradbury worked at 1HQ as account director for nine years where she worked on Unilever and PepsiCo accounts.

Simon Gore, managing director, UK at Holmes & Marchant said: “Injecting fresh talent into our experienced team is key to reinvigorating both ourselves and the work that we deliver for clients. Michelle has been a key asset to the business for some time now and we look forward to welcoming her on a permanent basis.

“With her Copas experience, Jodie knows the food industry inside out, especially more premium categories. Having her on the team will prove invaluable to continuing the exciting work we have already done over the years in food and drink categories. It’s great operators and communicators like Jodie and Michelle who will challenge us to take the business in new and interesting directions.”
