Not a company to stand still and reflect on past successes, recruitment specialist Cooper Lomaz has expanded its sales consultancy team. With offices in Bury St Edmund’s, Norwich and the Orbis Centre in Lowestoft, the company is strategically placed to maximise its knowledge and expertise in providing the best candidates for prestigious posts within East Anglian firms.
Katie Schlette and Daniel Bussau both joined Cooper Lomaz Sales and Marketing Team in March 2012, and both will be concentrating their efforts on the Cambridgeshire area.
Katie has a recruitment background, gaining invaluable experience from a fast-paced hospitality temp desk, operating over 200 temps per week. She was awarded ‘Top Temp Consultant’ in 2011 and ‘Best Customer Service’ in 2010. In addition, Katie’s consultative approach and professional experience is enhanced by her knowledge of Cambridgeshire and businesses within it – she is a ‘native’ of East Anglia. Katie will specialise in sourcing suitable candidates for Marketing vacancies.
Also working as part of the team will be Daniel Bussau, a full individual member of the Recruitment and Employment Federation with ten years’ experience in the sector. A native Australian, Daniel began his career in London where he spent seven years specialising in railway construction, including the £200m Docklands Light Railway Three Car Enhancement project. During this project he was responsible for strategic planning, recruitment, direct line management and over 150 skilled engineering, possession management and safety staff. He has seen industry from both sides, and has experience of working for and with companies of all sizes from start-up and family-run to multi-nationals. He moved to East Anglia with his wife in 2009. Daniel will specialise in recruiting Sales and Business Development roles.
“We have done for ourselves what we do very successfully for other companies, and recruited two exceptional consultants to enhance our sales team,” comments Jane Lovell from Cooper Lomaz. “Between them they offer a wide range of experience, and they have already become valued members of our consultancy team.”
