BOTTLE has today been appointed by Scanomat, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of coffee machines, to raise awareness of its revolutionary new product, TopBrewer.
TopBrewer marks a new category in coffee machines.
The sleek dispensing tap is the first of its kind and is designed to be built into any tabletop. TopBrewer is integrated with a finger touch keyboard, as well as via the Apple App store, so that the customer can design their favorite beverage, order and then pay for it via their iPhone or iPad. These innovation firsts have led to the TopBrewer already accruing an online fanfare prior to launch.
BOTTLE has been retained to develop a PR programme targeted towards retailers, designers and office managers. As part of the programme BOTTLE will be coordinating a series of coffee mornings for select journalists, designed to showcase the innovation behind the TopBrewer and raise awareness of the quality and taste of the product.
Simon Bracken, Managing Director of Scanomat in the UK said: “We have been extremely heartened by the online response we have already had to TopBrewer. However, we are conscious that we need to have a strategic and targeted approach to PR. From the moment we met BOTTLE we were confident that they understood exactly what we wanted to communicate and to whom.”
BOTTLE CEO, Claire Cairns, said: “TopBrewer is all about innovating, not imitating, and we will reflect this in our PR strategy. We know that the select journalists we target will be blown away by the TopBrewer experience. Here is in the UK we are a nation of coffee and Apple lovers – TopBrewer encapsulates the best of both and we are so excited to be working in partnership with Scanomat at the beginning of what we know will be an exciting journey!”
The account will be led by Claire Jones, Senior PR Consultant at BOTTLE.
