Mondial Assistance UK continues to develop its digital marketing activity with the appointment of Aurélie Rabian as Digital Marketing Manager across the business – including travel, motor and the new health services division.
With over 10 years of digital marketing experience in France and the UK, Aurélie will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey, as well as increasing conversion rates and reinforcing the online presence of all Mondial Assistance client partner brands.
As Mondial Assistance in the UK prepares to become Allianz Global Assistance in October, Aurélie will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition to the new brand name across all aspects of digital communications for all areas of the business. She will manage a number of client-branded insurance and assistance websites as well as direct marketing and email marketing. Reporting to Claire McKinnon, Head of Market Management, Aurélie will also use her expertise to harness mobile technology to create innovative campaigns designed to further develop the social media presence of Mondial Assistance clients.
Prior to joining Mondial Assistance, Aurélie has held a number of digital marketing and communications roles in which she developed her skills in website design, management and analytics as well as email marketing, PR and event management. This breadth of expertise gained over the past ten years, and including rebranding projects, will greatly benefit Aurélie in her new role at Mondial Assistance UK as it makes the transition to Allianz Global Assistance.
Aurélie says of her new role, “Mondial Assistance is a world leading brand and this is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and establish our expertise in the digital marketing arena. I will be focusing on enhancing the customer experience through strategic partnerships and loyalty initiatives across a range of communication channels.
“The digital world evolves rapidly, but my experience means I am able to stay on top of the trends and maximise new opportunities through innovative and creative ideas. I am looking forward to the exciting challenge of building on the reputation of Mondial Assistance to benefit the new brand of Allianz Global Assistance UK across digital marketing platforms.”
Claire McKinnon comments, “This appointment is part of our on-going investment in building a dedicated marketing resource to deliver integrated digital campaigns. Aurélie’s marketing experience combines well with a focus on innovation and creativity and I am confident she will play a crucial role in taking our digital marketing strategy to new levels of success under the new brand name in October. This is a key appointment, as we continue to focus on enhancing retention rates by engaging with customers in new ways.”
