Results International, the premier global corporate finance specialist in marketing communications, healthcare and technology sectors, has appointed Kevin Bottomley as managing director of Results Healthcare, Results International’s expanding healthcare division.
Kevin joins from Pharmaventures where he was head of transactions. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and business advisory companies involving senior positions in research, business development and transactions. He has an extensive track record of successful deal-making including transactions with Merck, UCB and Sanofi. Kevin has also previously worked at Roche, Quintiles, Sanofi (Hoechst) and Inpharmatica.
Results Healthcare will build on Results International’s extensive transaction experience having completed over 20 deals in healthcare market access and healthcare communications. The expanded division will provide strategic advice and business execution service (including licensing, business advisory, M&A and divestment) for the pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare industries. The team currently consists of 6 seasoned healthcare professionals based in London.
