GlobalTrac LLC, has appointed social communications agency 1000heads for the digital launch of its innovative new Trakdot ™ product. TrakdotLuggage is a tracker that fits into a checked bag and reports airport location in real time to any mobile, Apple, Android, or SMS capable devices.
The product gives airline passengers unprecedented control at an affordable price, allowing them to keep track of checked-in luggage anywhere mobile phones work.
1000heads will work closely with the Trakdot Luggage team to raise awareness of the product and build an online community around it. The agency will also be tasked with setting up social presences, talking to influencers across the travel and technology sector about Trakdot, and responding to online conversations.
The campaign will be backed by bought media, blogger support and PR.
