New brand PERK!ER, specialising in gluten free food has won the coveted award of ʻBest new packaging designʼ at the Natural& Organic Products Europe trade show.

Now in its eighteenth year, the annual awards brought together over 430 industry professionals to recognise and celebrate the standout brands and products of the year

Anna Campling, designer added: ʻAnn & Steve’s vision for the PERK!ER brand right from day one was to add excitement to the free-from fixture and offer a delicious range of gluten free foods that do not disappoint…anyone! An ideal brief and one I feel so lucky to have been given…as soon as I tasted that Rocky Road I was hooked… and I am by no means target market.

The visual identity is based around the concept idea ‘ticket to life’. It symbolises PERK!ER’s mission to give those avoiding gluten the opportunity to join in with delicious food. It’s not about compromise or having tomiss out, it’s about joining in and enjoying food again. Those tricky times like lunch and breakfast are now an absolute joy
