Capri-Sun unveils Despicable Me 2 promotion
Capri-Sun is partnering with Despicable Me 2 for a new on-pack promotion this summer in a bid to help drive sales of its range of juice drinks.
This month, Capri-Sun’s 10-pack range will offer the chance to win an exclusive family holiday for four to Universal Orlando Resort in Florida to celebrate the brand’s partnership with the film Despicable Me 2.
The brand is also offering the chance to download a child goes free with every full paying adult voucher to a number of family-friendly locations across the UK, including The Eden Project, Fantasy Island Family Resort and Eureka, the national children’s museum. (more…)

Old Jamaica Ginger Beer launches two new flavours
Cott Beverages has launched two new limited edition Old Jamaica Ginger Beer flavours in its ‘Twist’ range, in time for the summer market.
The new tastes combine pineapple, and orange & mango, with the flavour of real Jamaican root ginger, and join the existing line-up to extend the range of occasions when Old Jamaica can be enjoyed.
This new limited edition range of Old Jamaica Twists for the Summer follows the introduction of the Winter Twists limited editions last year. (more…)

Vita Coco Coconut Water extends range
Vita Coco Coconut Water is extending its core 1 Litre range, to introduce a third flavour; Orange.
With half the sugar of conventional juices or smoothies and its naturally healthy and hydrating ingredients, this product is aiming to become a big contender in the healthier breakfast juice market.
Following consumer demand for the product to be easier to pour and consumed at more regular occasions at home, Vita Coco have introduced screw tops to the drink. (more…)

McVitie’s unveils new TV campaign for cake brands
McVitie’s Cake Company (MCC) is set to bring its cake brands to over 14 million adult consumers across the UK with its sponsorship campaign with comedy TV channel, Gold.
Home to comedy shows such as Absolutely Fabulous, Miranda and Mrs Brown’s Boys, the sponsorship runs from 1st July until 8th December, growing awareness of MCC’s leading cake brands and driving sales for retailers as a result.
The TV creative is based around a character and his life ambition to get his hands on the range of McVitie’s Cakes. (more…)
