These teachers are no mugs! / Dominic Grady & Abbey Telecom

A local group of schoolteachers are being fuelled for their working day after taking delivery of a set of thermos mugs from Abbey Telecom.

On a recent visit to his former school, Holy Trinity Primary in Darwen, Abbey’s digital content specialist Dominic Grady turned his hand to another side of the business and suddenly found he was able to present an immediate solution to the problem of teachers’ hot drinks going cold between classes.

Dominic’s Mum works at the school and the subject of keeping drinks warm during a hectic working day in and out of the classroom had come up.  Little did the staff there know that the Abbey Telecom webmaster had a rabbit to pull out of the hat.

Without further ado, he returned to the school later that day with a set of branded Abbey Telecom thermos mugs which have already been proving highly popular with the company’s customers.

“It was just one of those times when someone mentions a problem which you realise you can fix straight away,” said Dominic.

And the teachers’ response?: “We thought they just installed telephone systems!”
