The new campaign, which sees a Cara Delevingne lookalike model getting dressed, was created with mothers in mind.
Department store chain BHS has reimagined its advertising strategy with the launch of a new television advert.
First appearing on our screens last night (18th September), the advert is Arcadia’s latest move to draw in new customers to its BHS brand. Emblazoned with the strapline, ‘Get Dressed Up for Autumn,’ the advert certainly depicts an image different to the BHS we’re used to, with its clothing appearing to suit a more modern consumer.
Richard Price, BHS managing director, explained: “We recognise that it is the woman that is often the linchpin that keeps the family together.
“We want to reach out to her and show that we can make her life easier while encouraging her to treat herself from time to time.”
BHS is currently undergoing a serious brand revamp, with many of its 179 stores being refitted with more up-to-date fixtures.
