Since joining CyberSource in July 2008, Chris has led the company’s strategic growth in the UK and European enterprise retail industry. Having worked in IT sales for over 15 years, focusing in particular on eCommerce and payments, Chris is ideally placed to engage with merchants across the online retail sector.

With his vast industry knowledge, Chris focuses his consultancy on providing internationally renowned retailers with expertise and advice on how to optimise their online payment and fraud management strategies.

Prior to CyberSource, Chris held a number of roles including Partner Manager for payment and management company Logic Group and Field Partner Manager, Computer Associates.

Chris studied Business and Finance at Henley Management College, beginning his career at 3Com.

James Beard - Sage Pay - 100W

James Beard, Head of Commercial Development and International Markets, Sage Pay [IRDX VSAP]

After leaving University, James worked for Goldman Sachs for 5 years, before moving up to Newcastle and joining Sage Group as a Business Development Analyst.

James has held a number of positions focused on Commercial development and Strategy at Sage Pay since joining in 2008. Most recently he led the acquisition of Integral Computers and Sage Pay’s expansion into Germany and Spain.

James’ current role as Head of Sales and Business Development is focused on developing Sage Pay’s business in the UK and building Sage Pay into a market leading pan-European PSP.

Michelle Molloy - Wirecard - 100W

Michelle Molloy is the Director of Sales and Operations for Wirecard UK and Ireland. Michelle has a wealth of experience in the acquiring and financial sectors having previously worked with companies such as Elavon and Citi Group.

Michelle has one clear cut goal and vision and that is ‘to enable merchants to process payments in a manner that supports their needs’. Our approach is to support merchants in a consultative manner, with our drive for developing the best in class payment processes we can help our merchants achieve success’.

Richard Jolly - Mo Powered - 100W

Richard Jolly, Channel Director, MoPowered [IRDX IMOP]

Richard joined MoPowered in 2011 from PayPal Merchant Services. Richard’s key responsibilities at MoPowered include establishing and managing strategic alliances with digital agencies, eCommerce platforms and payment service providers. He has over 12 years in the payments industry, successfully leading sales and business developments teams in EMEA, delivering eCommerce, card present and mCommerce payment solutions.

Steve Dukes PayLater 100W

Steve Dukes, Head of PayLater

Steve heads up PayLater at the Wonga Group. He initially joined the digital finance company in 2011 as business development director, working across a number of initiatives, before moving to focus on the PayLater product in 2012. His background is in eCommerce and product development. Prior to PayLater, he was Chief Operating Officer at the fashion eCommerce business Empora Group.
