Purely Scottish says £340,000 finance deal has financed long-term supply security
Mineral water producer Purely Scottish is to buy out its Dunbar production premises after securing a £340,000 finance deal with Bank of Scotland.
The finance deal will allow the firm to switch from renting its production premises at Oldhamstocks, to buying it outright.
Purely Scottish said the purchase was crucial to it securing long term, direct access to natural mineral water sourced from its own organic certified land, as well as bottling and labelling it at source.
As a result of the purchase, Purely Scottish is predicting sales will rise to around £1.8 million in the next twelve months, which it said will be achieved by increasing production and expanding its supply network across Scotland and into the rest of the UK for the first time.
