Movers & Groovers .. Partners Andrews Aldridge is further boosting its senior team with the appointment of Natalie Winford to the role of operations director.
Winford’s remit will include building new and interesting third party partnerships, as well as ensuring operational efficiency as the agency continues to grow and diversify its offering. She will lead on all operational functions from project management to creative services resourcing.
Winford joins PAA from DLKW Lowe where she held the role of creative services director for nine years, spearheading the implementation of a new integrated process following the merger of DLKW with Lowe London in 2010. She was responsible for singlehandedly overhauling the creative services function, building it into an efficient and profitable resource.
Prior to DLKW, Winford held senior project management roles at Euro RSCG and Grey Worldwide.
Winford’s appointment is the latest to bolster the senior team at PAA as the agency evolves to the next level. Winford joins new additions Polly Jones, appointed as managing partner in summer from Ogilvy One, and Wunderman’s Erminia Blackden, who came on board as strategy director in August.
One more senior appointment will be finalised in the run up to Christmas, said Nieri. “It’s an exciting time for PAA – we’re growing and diversifying at a pace, and Natalie’s proven track record in delivering organisational efficiency will be invaluable in helping us maintain that growth.”
Winford added: “The dynamism at PAA is irresistible – the team is committed to growth, and they firmly believe in putting provocatively ideas at the heart of everything they do for clients, which is a compelling proposition. I couldn’t pass up on being a part of that – I’m very much looking forward to getting stuck in.”
