Which? picks Maxymiser for cross-channel optimisation technology

“We were looking for a flexible, agile solution that could offer us the opportunity to self-serve some of the less advanced campaigns”  Sybil Barker, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Which?,

Which?, the largest consumer body in the UK, has chosen Maxymiser, the global leader in cross-channel optimisation technology to help improve the overall customer experience.

Which? Ltd, offers a magazine, website and various other services for their members.   It engages in advocacy campaigns on various consumer protection issues and aims to promote informed consumer choice in the purchase of goods and services, by testing products, highlighting top performing and inferior products or services, raising awareness of consumer rights and offering independent advice.  As a not for profit organisation, the vast majority of Which?’s income comes from subscriptions to its products and services, with profits used to fund advocacy activity and inform the public on consumer issues.  To learn more about Maxymiser, please visit  www.maxymiser.com and connect with us on FacebookTwitter and LinkedIn.

Sybil Barker, Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Which?, comments, “We were looking for a flexible, agile solution that could offer us the opportunity to self-serve some of the less advanced campaigns, whilst also partnering with an expert in optimisation with in-depth sector knowledge who could help build a detailed roadmap of campaigns that will make a real difference.”

Barker continues, “It was the combination of proven experience and expertise in optimising paywall environments and the sector-specific knowledge that led us to choose Maxymiser. We were also impressed by their verticalised offering and in-house industry specialists that can help us to achieve the fast-paced optimisation roadmap we desire.”

Barker comments, “The team at Maxymiser have already been extremely helpful and enthusiastic and we are currently in the process of drafting a sophisticated campaign roadmap. We are really looking forward to getting the campaign underway and also getting our team stuck in with the self-serve aspect.”
