Prior to joining Conversion Factory, Kenneth was the marketing manager at Markco Media, where he developed and co-founded HushHush.com, the discount e-commerce store.
At Conversion Factory Kenneth will manage operations and client services, ensuring the smooth integration of project management platforms and support procedures as the company expands both its staff and clients. Kenneth will also work with staff to prepare market-leading research material and industry white papers as the company becomes a hub for the latest conversion rate optimisation trends.
