Today, marketing agency Quirk London @quirklondon has sold controlling interest to leading global communications group and world leader in advertising and marketing services,WPP.
WPP CEO, Martin Sorrell said “WPP has been watching Quirk for a while and we feel strongly that now is the right time for us to join forces”.
Quirk London’s clients include: SABMiller, Financial Times, Tyco, Cereal Partners Worldwide and the BBC and their unaudited consolidated revenues for the year ended 28th February 2014, were £8 million. WPP is the world’s largest communications group with billings of US$72.3 billion.
