Registered for #IMRGConnect yet? Perfect for retailers wanting to get ahead of the game and understand the consumer

Connect – 21st May 2014 – Customer journey & Personalisation

From content marketing and VOIP technologies to web performance and delivery, making the right decisions for your e-retail business has become increasingly complicated.

There are a multitude of opportunities available to retailers, which were highlighted at the Fashion Connect event in February (find out more here) but how do you know what path to take? More importantly, how do you keep up with customer expectations?

Priorities are key

IMRG’s flagship event held in May will explore how customer journey and personalisation are pivotal to your business and help you to set out a list of priorities.

As well as offering pointers on what to consider and how to drive your e-retail business forwards, the event will focus on the customer and the connection with your brand from entry point to delivery.

We all know that:

  • The only growth in online sales is over mobile platforms. Mobile is a game-changer, 27% of online sales were across mobile devices in 2013, 85% over tablet but smartphone growth rates are phenomenal.
  • Conversions rates in the main have been falling.
  • The introduction of click and collect has had an impact on delivery – in fact, the growth in mobile is reflected by the growth in click and collect.

Conversion and retention

The online consumer is becoming increasingly expensive to acquire. Not only does the consumer engage with your brand in a multitude of ways, they are becoming increasingly difficult to convert. Building a relationship and enticing customers to engage with your brand is only part of the story. May Connect will explore personalisation, the voice of the consumer, delivering customer experience, web performance, user journey and all the important elements when it comes to relationship curation.

Exclusive report

Not only will we discuss the burning questions that you want answered and help you reach your potential online, all attendees to May Connect will receive a report entitled The Benefits and Pitfalls of Personalisation.

Keynotes, panel session and networking

The event will consist of two Keynotes in the morning followed by a panel session and break for lunch.

The afternoon will then break into three theatres looking at: Voice of the Consumer, Web Performance and e-Logistics finishing the day with a final Keynote. Click here to view the agenda for May Connect 2014.
