GoFest 2015 Appoints Promote PR

Sport and fitness specialist agency, Promote PR, has been appointed by Juice Festivals, sister company of Live Communications, as the agency to launch GoFest 2015 – the UK’s first family festival of sport, fitness, dance and health.

Taking place at Surrey Sports Park, 3-5 July 2015, the festival is set to attract 18,000 people over the weekend.  Promote PR’s core activity will be raising awareness of the event through media relations, campaign led activity and stakeholder engagement.

The GoFest weekend encourages and inspires physical activity and a healthy approach to living from a toddler’s first steps, right through to adulthood. A wide range of sports and activities will be on offer for all the family, from outdoor team sports to canoeing to Zumba and even ice skating!  There will also be live music, camping and health seminars to keep everyone entertained.

Managing Director of Juice Live Communications, Paul Farris says: “The main focus of the event is to encourage families to spend time together, taking part in activities and trying different sports. There will also be fitness classes, professional coaching, nutrition advice, competing in races and visiting the wide variety of exhibitors for some fantastic retail opportunities too.

In line with the festival feel, the week end will also include elements of music, dance and entertainment.  Ultimately we want GoFest to be the place where active families unite.
