The Weather Channel is predicting a cold snap over the next week, with many areas across the UK facing snow and bitter temperatures. With the phenomena that is #Blizzardof2015 and the cold temperatures we are yet to face in the UK, all we really want to do is stay in and avoid the wintry weather.

1) Frozen – Cosy up and watch the feel good Disney hit based in a fairytale kingdom, you can really let the cold times go with this funny and heart felt animated film.
2) The Hunger Games – Forget about the world outside and watch Katniss Everdeen fight to the end in the adventure sci-fi blockbuster.
3) Cool Runnings – This brilliant comedy about four Jamaican bobsledders competing in the Winter Olympics will really help you get through the cold snap ahead.
4) Serendipity – Bundle up and enjoy this classic romantic comedy starring John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale.
5) Skyfall – If there’s anything to distract you from the wintry weather, it has to be the latest film in the James Bond series. The film is partly based in the beautiful snowy Scottish Highlands, where we see Bond connect with his ancestral roots.
