Does nobody at the agency or the client spot these mistakes in the BT TV + Broadband website. Is it a case of carelessness or is it just a factor of rushing it through and then not bothering to proof read it.
Perhaps the solution is they should employ an old fashioned sub – editor in future.
Or maybe it does not matter any more. What are your thoughts?
