Lick Creative, part of visual communications specialists The Delta Group, has today announced a series of senior team appointments. This includes the promotion of Mark Sibborn to Deputy MD, as well as the expansion of the senior team with two further creative additions to Lick.
Previously Lick’s @WeAreLick Client Services Director, Mark Sibborn’s new Deputy MD role will see him take responsibility for the P&L of the business. A core component of his work will involve working closely with the wider Delta Group to identify opportunities and grow sales within the company’s existing client base.
He’ll also be charged with the responsibility of proactively bringing in new business, as well as continuing to develop the agency’s strong shopper marketing proposition.
Stuart Button has also joined the senior team as Creative Director. With a creative pedigree including Iris Worldwide, CHI & Partners, DDB and Leo Burnett, Stuart will be developing fresh, through-the-line creative executions and campaigns for Lick Creative clients which harness the latest innovations in technological developments for actionable ROI.
Button’s last role as Head of Creative at RPM saw him work on award-winning campaigns across the Diageo Portfolio and launch the agency’s first ATL campaign in France. In addition, he has held creative roles across integrated agencies including Iris and M&C Saatchi.
Stuart will be working alongside Kerry Afxentiou, who has joined as Group Account Director from retail specialist Result. Boasting twenty years of experience in delivering award-winning campaigns for retail brands, she is responsible for exploring new strategic direction across Lick Creative’s client portfolio. A former DMA awards judge and winner, her experience includes launching the print and award-winning digital versions of Morrison’s customer magazine.
Mark Sibborn, Deputy MD at Lick Creative said: “Last year was an extremely strong one for the business, and we’ve got some exciting plans in place for 2016 to continue this growth and expand our shopper marketing proposition.
Our new senior team will be key to achieving this growth, and the energy and enthusiasm for the work we do combined with our ambition to deliver the best work for our clients is contagious. We’re looking forward to kicking off some new projects with our talented team, and expanding both the agency and the group’s business offering”.
