Movers and Groovers : Organic, formerly The Organic Agency, have announced the appointment of joint managing directors Libby Mayo and Sarah Znideric

Organic, formerly The Organic Agency, recently announced the appointment of joint managing directors Libby Mayo and Sarah Znideric as it pushes for strong growth in 2016.

With offices in Covent Garden and Exeter, Organic views the appointments as a key step in its growth plans founded on a desire to create great work for clients. The new structure follows the recruitment of Haygarth founder Stephen Morris as chairman, as well as the agency’s recent rebrand.

Mayo, former commercial director at Organic, who has more than a decade’s experience in business development in the digital sector, will use her promotion to accelerate new business and agency growth from her extensive industry network. Her understanding of the digital landscape, business management and brand-agency relationships makes her uniquely positioned to understand and solve a wide variety of problems for clients.

Znideric is also rewarded with a promotion, having joined the agency as strategic account director heading up key accounts. She is a seasoned digital marketer who has helped a range of companies from tech start-ups to global brands meet the dynamic challenges of the 21st Century. She combines strong industry knowledge with the strategic vision to lead Organic on its path for growth.

James Moffat, founder of Organic @GrowWithOrganic and previous managing director, will continue to play a guiding role in the agency, shifting his focus to new projects and long-term agency development.

He said: “Sarah and Libby’s new roles reflect Organic’s aggressive growth strategy as the agency looks to strengthen our client portfolio to become a major player as a performance marketing agency and strategic consultancy delivering tangible results. They are both incredible leaders with the right vision to take Organic to new heights. I am confident that their unique skillsets will enable the agency to grow rapidly, uniting under our new brand identity to create a truly modern performance marketing agency.”

Libby Mayo, joint managing director, remarked: “I am excited about the future and will look to use my experience at the agency to position us for maximum success, primarily by delivering award-winning, results driven campaigns for our clients, and working with our incredibly strong and expanding digital teams across our London and Exeter offices.”

Sarah Znideric, joint managing director, added: “I’m delighted to take on this position as we start a new chapter in the agency’s development. The fact that Organic is young, dynamic and hungry means we are poised for a bright future as we continue to embrace change for our clients and drive the agency’s growth within the digital and performance marketing industry.”
