Movers and Groovers : Future Thinking announces new business structure for its operational team

“Challenge” agency Future Thinking has made three new appointments as they re-structure their operational team.

The business intelligence research consultancy has hired Emma Jordan to join as head of human resources, Emma Jordan [left] to join as head of human resources, Paul Clarke [centre] as head of business systems and Abigail Bassett [right] as financial controller.

Emma has more than 10 years’ experience in human resources, and her role sees her take responsibility of HR across all Future Thinking’s UK offices, including recruitment, training, employee relations and talent management. She joins from Career Builder where she was HR business partner EMEA. Prior to this she was head of human resources at the Football Foundation.

Paul joins as head of business systems, with overall responsibility for identifying and implementing new business tools and reporting systems. Benefitting from a refreshed IT infrastructure, these tools and systems will enable greater working efficiencies, speed of business information and unified ways of working across the group.

Prior to joining Paul was business systems manager at Hogarth Worldwide, part of WPP.

Abigail has taken on the role of financial controller, with responsibilities ranging from transactional finance to the production of management accounts across the group. Previously she worked for JacTravel as group financial controller.
