IS NOT A NEWSLETTER:

- • Email lead capture
- • Transactional email (purchase information or reminder to purchase)
IS A NEWSLETTER:
An email sent on a regular basis (daily; weekly; bi-weekly; monthly…) to subscribers (those who have signed up to receive the newsletter).
There are 2 main types: normal (useful information) or promotional (a range of offers).
