Movers and Groovers : Soul boosts creative team with new hires Pete Williams and Chris Day

Soul has hired Pete Williams and Chris Day as Creative Leads, boosting the agency’s creative top team.

Williams and Day have been a creative team for 14 years working with major brands above, below, through and on the line. They join the agency from MRM Meteorite where they were Creative Group Heads on P&O Ferries, Churchill and Vauxhall.

They will work across all of Soul’s accounts and will report into Soul Founding Partner and Creative Director Shaun Moran.

Williams and Day worked at MRM Meteorite for three-and-a-half years. Prior to that they were at Rapp working on Barclaycard and Virgin Media as Senior Creatives.

They were previously a senior creative team at Geronimo, where they worked for five-and-a-half years across the Seat, ING Direct and Direct Line accounts.

Shaun Moran said: “Chris and Pete mark an important stage in Soul’s growth and they will be instrumental in the next…and the next.”

Chris Day said: “We jumped at the chance to join Soul at such an exciting time. With a proven track record of winning big name clients from big name agencies, we look forward to helping Shaun and the team steer the creative ship.”

This move follows a series of hirings by Soul in technology, planning and account management and the agency’s win of the Avios CRM business.
