ilk announces trio of appointments as the company invests in its creative offering
Leeds based integrated agency, ilk, has strengthened its creative team with a trio of new appointments in a strategic move to further enhance its reputation for creativity across graphic design, animation and branding. Ben Gardner and Ryan Spence join ilk’s studio team as senior designers, whilst Hayley Collingswood joins as Creative Account Manager.
Ben brings nearly ten years of design experience to his new role, having worked on brands including Nickelodeon and Universal Music Publishing Group, whilst Ryan joins the team following two years at design agency, Magpie, where he worked on clients including the University of Leeds and the NHS.
Hayley also brings four years of experience in the marketing industry to the role, with previous roles at TK and Network, which saw her working on a number of large B2B and B2C clients. These new appointments come after significant growth for the award-winning agency and are expected to build on the company’s success as it expands its integrated offering across the UK.
Shaun Beaumont, ilk’s Creative Director, commented: “Business success is entirely dependent on talent and creativity in our industry – so it’s absolutely essential we invest in the right people to support our growth. Ben, Ryan and Hayley all bring a great deal of experience to the table, but more importantly they are creative.
“It’s so important that our team thinks in an integrated way and that they are willing to apply intuitive thinking to our creative output. We’re really pleased with the trio’s development to date and the impact they have had on the work we are producing.”
Ben, Ryan and Hayley have supported across new client wins, including Leeds based Kirkgate Market, The NHS and animal charity FOUR PAWS.
