In order to be recognised in the Business Innovation category of the FSB London Business Awards, KwikSweep was required to demonstrate how the firm used technology to develop an important part of the business and showcase how it’s been successful over the last two years. The highly regarded endorsement demonstrates how the creative app adds real value to KwikSweep’s customers.
The British Small Business Awards was set up to celebrate the UK’s small business sector, which accounts for 99% of all private sector businesses and a third of private sector revenue. The Innovation of the Year category will reward the most ground-breaking technology, product or service that has been responsible for strong revenue growth in a small company. The KwikSweep app is one of the small business innovations to be acknowledged.
Earl Mensah, CEO of KwikSweep, said, “We’re thrilled to be acknowledged in two prestigious award ceremonies this year. We know that our app makes it much easier for businesses and consumers alike to clear the junk and hire professionals to do the work they’ve been putting off but the recognition is further testament to that. We aim to ensure the reduction of general waste sent to landfill so not only do we help customers but the environment too and our app means we can reach even more people.”
KwikSweep is a London based junk and rubbish removal service that serves both households and the commercial. The company can offer next day service and has a commitment to the environment, sorting out recyclables where possible. Consumers and businesses can take a picture of their junk or rubbish through the KwikSweep app to receive an instant quote before booking a collection time that suits them and paying via credit or debit card.
