Movers and Groovers : Delete appoints Philippe Feraille as Client Services Director

Following a year of continued growth, London and Leeds-based digital agency Delete have appointed Philippe Feraille as their new Client Services Director.

Having previously held the position of Business Director at Omnicom’s production network agency eg+ worldwide (TBWA Network) and hub+ (BBDO Network), Feraille joins the Delete team with the focus of growing and maintaining highly successful, long term relationships with the agency’s growing client base. The role will see him responsible for developing the agency’s ‘Digital Success Framework’ for key client accounts and enhancing the value-focused business partnerships already in place.

Feraille will also take on responsibility for helping to build relationships that will drive continued revenue growth and play a crucial role in the ongoing success of Delete.

In his previous roles, Feraille oversaw a number of multi-faceted, high profile accounts across the technology, retail, utility and telecoms sectors. As Business Director, Feraille also managed the overarching client satisfaction strategy and its rollout across the agency to deliver organic growth and retention. Notable past clients include Specsavers, Sainsbury’s, SAP (Global), Mercedes-Benz (Global), O2 and British Gas.

Alex Ellis, Managing Director at Delete commented: “As an agency team, we have worked with Philippe for many years now and are delighted to bring him on board to Delete. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous role, having worked with some of the largest brands in the market today. Philippe will play an instrumental role in realising our ongoing growth roadmap and targets as we look to 2017 and beyond.“

Philippe Feraille, Client Services Director at Delete added: “Delete’s consistent innovation over the past years has made them a growing force within the marketplace, which has in turn attracted some fantastic clients and projects to the agency. The calibre of talent and clients within the agency made Delete the perfect next move for me, as I looked to focus more on developing agency-client relationships.”
