Mullen Lowe Group’s digital experience agency, Mullen Lowe Profero, is set to launch a new office in Perth. The move involves a partnership with the group’s creative brand 303 Mullen Lowe and media brand Mediahub.

Mullen Lowe Profero Perth will be headed up by Michael Corry as general manager.

Corry will be making the move to the Profero brand after being hired as head of digital strategy at 303 Mullen Lowe in April.

Mullen Lowe Profero MD, Hamilton Jones, said the launch was influenced by increasing demand for experience design services in Western Australia.

“It’s the perfect time to formally open our business in Perth as we’ve been doing some amazing work in experience design and transformation off the back of a significant account win in this market in the past 12 months”, Jones said.

“Our APAC Australia and Japan offices serve as centres of excellence for exprerience design and data and analytics. Coupled with increasing demand for these services regionally and indeed in Western Australia, it makes perfect sense to partner with 303 and Mediahub to hit the ground running, leveraging our respective strengths to offer more than we currently do alone.”\

Corry added: “There’s a wind of change blowing in media and marketing. Marketers have never been tasked with more and its incumbent on businesses like ours to adapt accordingly.

“This is the perfect time to launch a credential-led CX led digital transformation business as clients face the increasingly complex challenges of connecting with customers in a multi-channel interactive environment.

We believe it’s time to see brand communication in the broader context of brand experience and offer clients the capability of a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

“With Profero, MullenLowe Perth offers clients the option of a single trusted partner to help deliver customer-centric digital experiences, underpinned by the data and analytics needed to effectively target, activate and optimise communications and transactions, across all channels and platforms,” Corry said.

Corry also said that he was excited to take on the new role.

“By partnering with Profero, MullenLowe Perth will be uniquely placed to deliver not just customer experience, creative and media but also marketing, identity and analytics systems integration.

In a market previously underserved by a partner with a suite of solutions like these, I couldn’t be more excited to be given the opportunity to lead and develop this alongside the team at 303 and Mediahub,” he concluded.
