Building a successful and recognisable brand requires hard work and perseverance. Making sure that you are leveraging every opportunity is essential if you want to be the firm people automatically think of when they need something. With this in mind, we are going to look at some of the little things you can do to make an impact.
Feature your brand on your employee´s uniforms
This one is fairly obvious, and most firms do it. At least to a certain extent. But we suggest you periodically review how you incorporate your brand into your staff uniforms. You will be surprised by what can be done to tweak things. For example, ordering and using face masks that can be branded. Having your staff wear them does far more than simply get your brand name and company colours in front of the public. It also tells anyone who sees them that you have provided your staff with masks that you care about your workers. Both potential and existing clients like to see this. On a subconscious level, it tells them that you are an ethical company. One that can be trusted to sell them a decent product or service that is not over-priced.
Use your brand when working with charities
On a similar note, if you work with local charities, do your best to make sure that your brand is featured somewhere. It does not have to be big and bold. But you should not be ashamed of telling the community as a whole that you are contributing. After all, your doing so will usually help the charity or organisation to raise more funds or attract more volunteers. This is because the fact that you are involved will be seen by others as a sign that the charity you are helping is legit. As you can see here, giving is good for both parties.
Brand your customer gifts
Every firm should be looking to reward their loyal customers. According to this research article, 58% of consumers value being able to earn rewards when they shop. So, it is a good idea to find ways to provide your customers with gifts and bonuses. When you do, be sure to include your branding as much as possible. Doing so will help your clients to view your business in a positive light.
As you can see, none of the above suggestions requires a huge amount of work on your part. But that does not mean that they are not going to be highly effective. When you take lots of small actions they soon add up and, over time, have a surprisingly big impact. So, if you have not tried some of the above suggestions, we suggest that you do so as soon as possible.
