RAPP Worldwide, a global creative agency that builds direct, meaningful and high-value relationships between brands and people, today announced Anne Marie Neal has been promoted to Global Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Neal will report directly into RAPP’s Global CEO, Marco Scognamiglio.
“Anne Marie is a leader who brings clarity to our clients about the changing landscape of our industry and their role in it,” said Scognamiglio. “She listens intently, capitalizes on RAPP’s heritage in data to glean insights and then collaborates to deliver results. In this role, she will make RAPP’s customer-centric value proposition sharper than ever in service to our clients and their most valuable asset – their customers. It’s a position she’s passionate about and well-suited for.”
In her new role, Anne Marie will focus on advancing RAPP’s offering while enhancing network connectivity, partner collaboration and amplifying RAPP’s proposition to drive growth opportunities with current and new clients.
“The current breadth and pace of industry change requires agencies who can guide and lead a transformational discussion with their brand partners. It’s no longer sufficient to be ‘data-driven’ – every agency is claiming that,” said Neal. “Today’s modern marketers need data-native thinkers who can see and apply the right data to predict and improve performance across the entire customer experience in extremely creative ways.”
Throughout her career, Anne Marie has helped fuel business growth by building strong and efficient teams and practices, instilling a tireless drive to challenge the status quo. Neal joined RAPP in 2005 and, most recently, served as the President of RAPP San Francisco. While in this role, her efforts were critical to attracting and growing key clients.
