CI Group on target for £20m turnover with the acquisition of Rozovest Business Analytics to create Pearl Analytics

The expansion of the CI Group has taken a further major step forward with its acquisition of leading analytics consultancy Rozovest Business Analytics.

The business is being rebranded as Pearl Analytics and will have offices in London’s Soho, Amsterdam and Oxfordshire.

The acquisition follows closely on from the Group’s recent acquisition of digital agency Diginut, which has merged with its existing digital team to form CI. Diginut and doubled the Group’s digital business.

David Watt, CEO of the CI Group said: “With these two acquisitions we are on track to achieve our targets of £20m a year turnover and £5m gross margin by the end of 2020 through acquisition, organic growth and key account planning.

“Our transformation and expansion of Corporate Innovations, an events and experiential agency into the CI Group, a soon to be 100 strong full-service integrated communications business of five agencies, is not yet complete but well advanced.”

Rozovest, its founder Robert Mol and his team of data scientists, have for the last 8 years been exploring clients’ data to find ‘pearls’ of wisdom and insight that have enabled clients to understand their business better and find previously unseen opportunities to improve, innovate and grow profitably.

In many cases these projects have become crucial steps in a client’s digital transformation.

Robert Mol said: “Analytics and digital transformation are becoming so crucial to clients’ business, in particular, to marketing and sales thinking, profitability and even survival, that I wanted to bring what we can do to a wider audience.

Joining the CI Group, its comprehensive range of services and fantastic blue-chip clients will help me do that. In return we will provide the insights that will make CI Group’s work even more focused and effective.”

David Watt said: “As we grow the capabilities of the CI Group, I have been acutely aware of the need to be able to offer our clients data analytics that drives business transformation.

“Robert and his team can deliver that, with their world class experience, vision and capabilities. Data is the future, transformation is the agenda, and now I’m confident CI Group can help and lead our clients on that journey.

“We are still looking to develop the Group further. We continue to search for talent, skills and expertise that will further enhance the capabilities of the Group and extend the range of solutions that we can provide our clients.”

Oxfordshire-based CI Group works with clients including Coca-Cola, Diageo and John Lewis.
