Nelly.com (part of CDON group) is one of the most exciting and fastest growing fashion brands in Europe. In this workshop we will hear from the company’s founder, Jarno Vanhatapio, about some of the successful tactics and some of the less successful tactics that they have employed during their journey.

 

Customer experience has been at the centre and remains a key factor in their success story, during the workshop Jarno will explore some of the key elements which range from site speed to the quest to deliver an individualised customer experience.

Following Jarno’s presentation Michael Mokhberi, CEO of Apptus, will briefly explain how Apptus has partnered with the CDON Group to solve some of the technical challenges and bottlenecks they faced as their volumes exploded. Michael will also explain how working with CDON, to deliver individualised customer experiences, has helped shaped the development of Apptus’ product portfolio into what it is today.
