A juicy launch event takes place in Coventry next month to celebrate the coming together of the Midlands’ first ever creative consortium, Warwickshire Creative Fusion.
Businesses that represent the very best of the Midlands creative industry come together on November 22 for a unique launch event themed around smoothies. The smoothies signify the various ingredients that consortium members offer as part of an overall marketing mix and have been sent out alongside special invitations to 140 carefully selected companies.
The event, which is being held at the Welcome Centre in the heart of Coventry from 10am will be broken down into a series of individual seminars demonstrating how each specialism can support a businesses’ marketing function and how effective these functions serve when delivered in synergy.
Throughout next month, integrated creative communications company Fox Kalomaski Crossing will be rebranded Fox KaloMOski Crossing as the organisation commits itself to supporting the men’s health world-wide charity Movember.
The activity involves the firm’s male staff becoming a ‘Mo Bro’ by growing a moustache throughout November, each participant being supported by a string of sponsors. The proceeds will be donated to prostate and testicular cancer charities. Furthermore, ‘Mo Sistas’ at FKC, also raising funds, will be wearing fake moustaches on November MOndays, even when meeting clients.
FKC CEO, Gary Jacobs, explains, “My moustachioed great grandfather was called Kalomaski and I am quite sure that he would have been more than happy to substitute just a single vowel from his name for such a good cause.”
