I’d appreciate your thoughts on the following:
Coupons are for smartphones, trees in forests. With the evolution of smartphones, calls for simpler packaging, and all the green stuff, it seems reasonable to say that paper coupons are likely to become extinct. I suppose paper coupons did become disruptive when they first came to light, so they’re just going digital.
I’m thinking going viral, threads, forums et al. Would value your views. Please use the comment box.

Coupons are a popular marketing tool, particularly during this tough financial period.
By adapting them to new technologies that are already present in customers’ everyday life, merchants have a reliable advertising channel that is already in the public’s pockets. There is no disruption – which must be pro green stuff.
