  • LONDON PRIDE SIX-PACKS NOW AVAILABLE IN TESCO STORES

    Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C., London’s only remaining independent family brewer, have launched a brand new SKU for the Off-trade; a six-pack of London Pride 500ml bottles.

    This is the first time that the brewer has used such a format for London Pride, the UK’s premium ale, and Fuller’s undertook investment at their brewery to accommodate the new style.

  • PRINGLES UNVEILS NEW ROAST CHICKEN VARIANT

    Pringles is launching its first Chicken variant in the channel.

    This new flavour is designed to capitalise on the strong demand for chicken crisps amongst shoppers.

  • FEEL GOOD DRINKS COMPANY LAUNCHES FEEL GOOD WATER

    Feel Good Drinks have launched Feel Good Water.

    Made with spring water, fruit juice and four added ‘feel good’ B vitamins, Feel Good Water provides consumers with a 100% natural, low calorie alternative to the current flavoured and vitamin waters.

  • NEW RESEARCH REVEALS GROWTH OF SMALL SUPERMARKETS

    New research from him! has shown that the small supermarket channel has been steadily growing in value, store numbers and shopper satisfaction.

    It says that small supermarkets account for 22% of UK food & grocery spend with a total value in line with the convenience sector (21%).

    The report defines small supermarkets as stores between 3,000-25,000sq ft, often located on a high street, and used by shoppers for big top up shops or small regular shops. (more…)

  • CRABBIE’S ANNOUNCES PRE-CHRISTMAS PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

    Halewood International has announced the launch of an experiential campaign for its Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer brand in a bid to offer shoppers a brand experience outside of the normal retail outlet.

    The brand is offering a ‘safe haven’ for men wanting to escape the stresses of Christmas shopping by erecting giant branded Crabbie’s garden sheds packed with gadgets in shopping centres across the UK.

    Aside from providing a talking point for consumers visiting shopping centres, the initiative is looking to drive trial of the Crabbie’s brand and reinforce its unique positioning in the marketplace. (more…)
