LIONS PACKAGING EXTENDED ACROSS FIRSTCAPE RANGE
FirstCape has launched new Lions packaging for its Presidents Selection wines. The premium variant will feature the stand-out Lions ‘red top’ on both its Chardonnay and Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon wines and will be in stores from next week. The Lions branding will feature on all FirstCape bottles throughout 2013.
Earlier this year, the company announced that it is the global sponsor of the British and Irish Lions 2013 Tour of Australia. (more…)

TILDA RELEASES NEW VINTAGE RICE
Tilda has created a unique premium offering to target food connoisseurs and discerning rice-eaters with the launch of its first Vintage Basmati. The new premium aged dry rice hopes to demonstrate the brand’s expertise in the rice sector.
2006 was identified as an exceptional crop and Tilda has kept aside a small amount of this rice, which has been aged to deliver a richer, more separate grain, with a nutty aroma and naturally sweet flavour. (more…)

THE CORNSH CRISP COMPANY UNVEILS NEW PASTY FLAVOUR
The Cornish Crisp Company has developed a new flavour in partnership with the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site. The new Cornish pasty flavour has been developed to celebrate the traditional miners’ lunch. NEW BOTTLE DESIGN FOR CRABBIE’S GREEN GINGER WINE
Halewood International has unveiled a new design for Crabbie’s Green Ginger Wine, to coincide with its pre-Christmas “Make Time for Tradition” campaign. The new bottle aims to re-energise the brand and create greater shelf stand out and attract new customers.
