The award-winning chef will cook three courses for £30 in a makeshift kitchen under the railway arches in Hackney. The final menu will be determined according to ingredients available on the day but dishes inspired by Joseph’s Italian roots will be made with locally sourced, seasonal produce.
All the money raised from the event with go to brain injury charity Headway East Londonwhere the chef has volunteered since 2012. It’s good food that will make you feel good.
