Saxo Bank, the online trading and investment specialist, is as an integrated marketing campaign launching a series of videos this week to celebrate the 100th Tour de France.

Team Saxo-Tinkoff has collaborated with Saxo Bank on a new series of media films featuring riders from Team Saxo-Tinkoff. The video campaign will be launched on 26 March with a teaser video

The Saxo Cycling Film Project consists of 10 short films shot by photographer Fredrik Clement, who has worked with Team Saxo-Tinkoff for a number of years. Seven of the films highlight one rider each, describing their passion for cycling, taking risks and building confidence in their abilities as well as life as a rider on Team Saxo-Tinkoff. Two videos feature prominent personnel from the Team Squad, who talk about their respective roles on one of the best UCI ProTour cycling teams. The final video is a summary of everyone featured and will be launched when the Tour de France kicks off on Corsica, Porto-Vecchio.

Weejot Donate, a revolutionary new mobile donations service powered by PayPal, is launched today by Alzheimer’s Society, mobile app publishing platform Weejot.com and PayPal.

The new service allows UK charities to create mobile apps, saving each charity the cost of creating a new mobile platform, as well as removing the time needed to optimise their online offering for mobile and touch screen devices. Charities can now set up their own personalised apps in less than an hour.

Integrated into PayPal’s payment service, Weejot Donate also enables people to give spontaneously in response to social media, SMS, email and QR code campaigns. It also allows donors to use their internet browser as opposed to downloading a native app.

As the official launch charity, Alzheimer’s Society will be the first to benefit from extending its fundraising capabilities by deploying Weejot Donate. This will allow the charity to capitalise on the 500% increase in mobile traffic to its website over the last two years

Rightster, the online video distribution and marketing specialist, today announces a global video content distribution deal with international media group and leading digital publisher Future plc to help increase audience reach and revenue streams for their sector leading technology and gaming publications.

More than 50 million visitors every month use Future’s influential websites, which include T3.com, Maclife.com, TechRadar.com and MaximumPC.com. TechRadar is the UK’s number one consumer technology website and has over 17 million global visitors a month. T3, Future’s flagship consumer technology brand, is the UK’s most successful tablet magazine, selling in excess of 18,000 interactive digital editions each month.

Rightster will increase exposure for Future’s video clips from their technology and gaming publications by creating a private syndication portal (PSP) that will distribute and monetise Future’s digital video portfolio to their publisher partners. The clips will include how-to videos, gadget reviews, conferences, and product reviews. These clips will be unbranded to have universal appeal, simplifying the syndication process. Rightster’s media sales team will provide advertising solutions for this content to drive revenue growth.
