Money-conscious telecom provider Direct Save Telecom (www.directsavetelecom.co.uk) has extended its contract with Whoosh PR – citing the excellent coverage, in particular in the national press, as the main reason for continuing the fruitful PR partnership.
Direct Save Telecom launched its £1.95 unlimited broadband deal last week, making it the best priced telco in the UK. Whoosh arranged for the Daily Telegraph to exclusively run the story, with further pick-up in the Sun and then the Sundays. The story was also covered across the board in the online press.
“We are obviously delighted that Direct Save has chosen to extend its contract with us,” says Whoosh PR Account Director, Michael Donaldson.
“We have steadily been building its narrative since we began working with them and the telco is now one of the fastest growing firms in the landline/broadband space. Since beginning our partnership, Direct Save has taken on 120 new staff and opened two new regional offices building platforms for further growth.”
Donaldson adds: “Whoosh has a proven track record for gaining insightful mainstream coverage across for clients. Direct Save was obviously very happy with their recent coverage in the national press as millions of readers will now be aware of the fantastic deals they offer.”
Whoosh PR is building an impressive reputation as the No.1 agency for the major tech players in Europe, helping them to build brand awareness and demand for their products and services in the fast expanding markets of Asia and South America.
