Chinese owners of Scottish knitwear firm pledge further investment as rate of losses slows. Pringle of Scotland’s Chinese owners have pumped more than £10.3m into the knitwear company as the firm continues to suffer losses.The 198-year-old firm lost £6.3m in the year to January, according to accounts filed at Companies House, although that was an improvement on the £9.5m loss recorded the year before.
