5000 international visitors from across the retail sector will connect with over 200 of the leading suppliers on how they can implement the latest developments in technology to immediately drive commercial results when they meet at the NEC in Birmingham on 26th and 27th March 2014.
Speaking about the show, Event Director Mark Pigou, said: “IRX is all about meaningful connections between retailers and their peers. We bring together the most ambitious retailers with the leading suppliers to provide a commercial meeting place and thought leadership platform for the innovators of multichannel retail.”
With six retailer-led conferences featuring expert commercial speakers from across the retail, fashion, logistics, travel, grocery, beauty, homeware and luxury brand markets, visitors will learn from the best about how to connect profitably with their customers – the mistakes, the insights and the best practice.
With the conference focusing on the core themes of Internet Retailing In-Store (IRIS), Customer Experience and Journey, Internet Retailing, Operations and Logistics, Digital Sales and Marketing and Mobile and Mobility, retailers will also learn about the latest innovations in the retail market from exhibitors at the show.
Designed to uncover the latest in multichannel ecommerce and allow retailers the opportunity to future-proof their digital and multi-channel strategy by comparing it against top brands taking part in the show and the learning about the innovations available to them, visitors will also be able to hear about the latest developments in the Innovation Studio, drop in to meet retail experts in the Knowledge Lounge or book an appointment to speak to retail doctors in the Ask the Experts Clinic.
