Using Qubit’s personalisation platform, Hackett London @HackettLondon is looking to enhance the user experience by creating a more personalised journey for their global, diverse customer base. Qubit’s website personalisation will use various data points, from visitor opinion to visitor behaviour, to inform on opportunities and areas worth testing. This can range from lack of information on delivery for international customers to difficulties with filtering products.
Hackett London will also be deploying Qubit’s Opentag platform, as well as their CPA de-duplication, which will allow the team to track and only pay the channel responsible for that sale. Hackett London selected Qubit in order to reduce their marketing costs, and make their current marketing budget work more efficiently. Hackett London join Qubit’s client list which currently make up 10% of the UK e-retailers listed in Internet Retailer’s 2013 Europe 500 list.
