MEC, a leading media agency, www.mecglobal.com, has appointed ex-Carat Business Director Anna Hickey as Managing Partner.
Hickey will be based in MEC’S UK headquarters in London, heading up the Lloyds Banking Group account group, previously managed by James Atherton who joined MEC New York.
As Managing Partner, Hickey will be responsible for managing the strategic lead and client services for Lloyds Banking Group, as well as playing a key role in running the business as part of the MEC Management Board. She will be reporting into Managing Director Stuart Bowden.
Hickey joins MEC from media planning and agency Carat, where she spent 11 years in roles such as Client Director and Strategy Director, working for clients such as Diageo and Disney, before rising to the position of Business Director.
