RadiumOne have announced four high-level promotions to newly-created positions within its C-Suite, effective immediately.
The promotions were announced by RadiumOne CEO Bill Lonergan and come shortly after the company’s recent funding round, which raised $54 million in equity and debt financing.
In the first move, Anna Baird, Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to President and will oversee the company’s sales, client services, business and corporate development, as well as finance. She will retain her CFO role and title, Lonergan said.
At the same time, Dimitri Vaynblat, previously SVP of Data, Optimization and Product Strategy, was named Chief Technology and Data Officer of RadiumOne. He will be responsible for overseeing all worldwide development and delivery of technology solutions including hardware, software, data and analysis.
Mike Werner, who has led North American Sales, becomes EVP of North American Sales, leading a growing number of sales executives, offices and markets.
Finally, Dave Zinman was promoted from Chief Product Officer to Chief Operating Officer, where he will be responsible for overseeing all products, research and development and operations.
The moves were made in light of the explosive growth in revenue, clients, employees and market share that RadiumOne has achieved over the past year. The company, which is profitable, expects to hit $200 million in revenue by the end of 2015, highlighting more than 50% year-over-year revenue growth. The promotions of Baird, Vaynblat, Werner and Zinman allow RadiumOne to remain agile and efficient while managing the deployment of new self-serve programmatic ad buying solutions for the company’s clients.
Vision and innovation
“Anna and Dave are both extraordinary executives and, in the short amount of time they’ve been with us, have profoundly impacted RadiumOne from our infrastructure and operations to the array and quality of our products,” Lonergan said. “Additionally, Dimitri brings vision and innovation to our patented and award-winning data-science, technology, applications and infrastructure. Mike Werner’s outstanding ability to anticipate and exceed our clients’ needs has helped us grow with new brands and agencies. Together, this cohesive team will continue to drive and extend RadiumOne’s remarkable performance and leadership in the ad tech industry.”
These new top-level responsibilities will enable the company to build on its unique and proprietary sharing data and expand its natively-grown technology stack to handle ever-increasing volumes and cover a growing list of markets in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, Lonergan added.
