AOL has announced the appointment of Jolie Hunt to the newly-created role of chief marketing and communications officer.
In her new role Hunt will oversee AOL’s global communications strategy, as well as global brand development, partnerships and consumer marketing initiatives.
Previously senior vice-president, global head of brand and public relations at Thomson Reuters, Hunt will be based in New York and will report to AOL chairman and chief executive Tim Armstrong.
